The Boeing Company is looking for a Contract Management Manager based out of El Segundo, CA. In this leadership position, you will mentor and develop a talented group of contract management professionals while building strong relationships with external customers and cross-functional Boeing teams. You'll set strategic priorities and engage with senior leadership to drive success in our satellite business, leading the Contracts team supporting a portfolio of space and ground programs. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on government proposals, to include Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) compliant proposals
  • 5+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts in programs with multiple customers and multiple contract types, such as: development contracts, satellite manufacturing/production contracts, Operations and Maintenance contracts, assignment agreements, nondisclosure agreements, purchase, and sale agreements
  • Experience in Satellite or Space Programs
  • Experience negotiating contractual terms and conditions
  • Experience with Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) compliance

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of experience leading or managing proposal development and negotiating government contracts
  • 5+ years of experience with commercial contracts
  • 5+ years of experience with classified government contracts
  • Masters of Business Administration

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements complex and creative contractual solutions to manage risk and support the proposal, negotiation, and execution of programs
  • Inspires and manages a team of employees engaged in contract management activities
  • Implements impactful policies and procedures while setting ambitious operational goals; leads process improvements that drive success
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, cross-functional partners, and direct reports
