Summary: Responsible for performing lifecycle management and contract fitness functions that support the contractual obligations and vendor management and risk monitoring efforts for the Bank. Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration, or related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Licenses/Certifications: Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM) Level II and Contract Structure Certification preferred. Experience: One to three years of experience in contract management preferably in a financial institution. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Essential Functions: A: Job Specific: Acts as the point of contact for the department in the absence of the Department Supervisor. Oversees and performs the onboarding/offboarding workflows of all contracts – from new contracts, amendments, extensions, to closeouts. Assists the Department Supervisor with creating contract management reporting for the Vendor Management Committee and the Board. Oversees and performs tracking critical expiration dates to prevent service disruptions or unintentional auto-renewals. Oversees and performs review of contracts for included contractual obligations, creating new contract obligations to monitor in the vendor management platform Manages and performs Contract Fitness Assessments – reviewing contracts for key language, terms, identifying missing key clauses and/or any contractual obligation gaps. Assist the Department Supervisor with proactively identifying potential legal or financial "red flags" before execution. Assists the Department Supervisor to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance. This includes maintaining an organized, searchable contract repository. Assists with exam/audit requests. Assists with building out department workflow processes. Trains new department employees. Manages and has oversight on Vendor Performance Monitoring and Reporting, to include but not be limited to, adherence to obligations/SLAs monthly vendor performance metrics, creating monthly performance reporting for the Vendor Management Committee, v endor performance data for annual oversight performance reviews, and verifies/records penalties for vendor non-compliance of obligations.
