About The Position
We are seeking Contract Mailing Support Specialists to support a high-volume, print and mailing operation in the O’Fallon, MO. area. This is an on-call contract role, ideal for individuals seeking flexible, intermittent work. This position supports periodic production needs such as peak volumes, special projects, coverage, or short-term demand increases. Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive when contacted for shifts
- Comfortable working in a production-based environment
- Must be able to pass background screening as required for secure production environments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

- Previous print, mailing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with high-volume mail production tasks including:
- Sorting, inserting, folding, and preparing mail for distribution
- Operating basic mailing and finishing equipment (training provided)
- Quality checking printed materials for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain strict attention to detail in a secure production environment
- Follow established processes, safety guidelines, and confidentiality requirements
- Support production deadlines during scheduled shifts when called upon
- Maintain a professional, dependable presence when engaged
