About The Position

The Contracts and Lease Analyst is responsible for maintaining the database system (CoStar Real Estate Manager) for owned, leased and concession (hotel, airport, and other concession) properties in North America & Canada.

Requirements

• A well-organized individual, able to adapt and adjust to different daily tasks.
• The ability to collaborate with others as well as work independently.
• Bachelor's Degree (Associates is acceptable with prior work experience).
• Must have a working knowledge with Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review and Analyze Lease Documents (Leases, Amendments, Renewals, Subleases) and Airport Concession Agreements.
• Perform the Abstraction of Lease data and payment set up for all North American Locations including Airports.
• Review invoices, statements, and payment adjustments; including monthly recurring rents, one-time payments, and rent adjustments.
• Review and prepare annual NNN reconciliations according to lease requirements, in addition to reconciling unbalanced ledgers.
• Manage Hertz/Landlord payment relationship to include resolving Landlord related disputes in accordance with lease provisions.
• Resolving rent and other payment related landlord/tenant issues and discrepancies.
• Additional duties as assigned.
