The WorkReadyNH program at Manchester Community College is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in contract teaching at the College in a classroom and online classroom setting. The role involves facilitating, presenting, instructing, and modeling the WorkReadyNH Soft Skills Competencies through content-driven workshops, articles, discussions, role-plays, team-building activities, and engaging participants in a mock business simulation where participants take on the role of employee. The Soft Skills course consists of a minimum of sixty hours of soft skills training in a business workplace-like setting. The curriculum addresses workplace competencies including Interpersonal Skills & Teamwork, Integrity, Professional & Personal Acceptability, Initiative, Dependability & Reliability, Lifelong Learning, Communication, and Critical & Analytical Thinking. This position is contractual and temporary for a specified contract period.
