Jefferson is seeking Contract Implementation Manager(s) to support the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC). This role will be Onsite at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building in Washington, D.C., 9am a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.   • Provide end-to-end implementation support for systems, applications, and products deployed across AOUSC at the local court or end-user level from initiation through closeout.
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of product implementation, serving as primary liaison between the project team and end users at the court or administrative level.
  • Coordinate implementation activities in accordance with the Information Technology Project Management (ITPM) framework, according to project schedules, and in partnership with the Government Project Manager for direction.
  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned end users, managing expectations and ensuring readiness prior to deployment.
  • Track implementation progress and report status, issues, and risks to the Government Project Manager.
  • Oversee resolution of reported end-user issues or concerns during the initial go-live period and during implementation.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver implementation kits, playbooks, presentations, and job aids.
  • Update end-user materials and training documentation in accordance with AOUSC and ASO standards.
  • Track key performance indicators such as implementation completion rates, end-user satisfaction, and issue resolution times.
  • Provide written status updates and implementation summaries.
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of implementation and change management methodologies specific to IT solutions.
  • Experience supporting project management and implementation efforts for IT systems within federal agency environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support end-user communities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify issues and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management certification (Prosci, ITIL, or equivalent).
