Haven Home Health & Hospice, a locally and clinician-owned agency, is seeking a Contract Hospice Physician to provide medical oversight and support for our compassionate care team. This flexible position includes participation in interdisciplinary team meetings every other week , along with availability for consultation as needed. You'll play a vital role in guiding comfort-focused care and ensuring quality for patients nearing the end of life—without the demands of a full-time schedule. Requirements
- MD or DO with current license and hospice experience
- Background in terminal illness, geriatrics, or oncology
- Strong communicator and team collaborator
- Belief in the values and philosophy of hospice care
