Contract Graphic Designer

Forestry SuppliersJackson, MS

About The Position

The Contract Graphic Designer is the marketing department’s dedicated creative production resource. Engaged on a monthly retainer basis, this role is responsible for producing professional design assets across email, social media, print, and digital advertising channels on a consistent monthly cadence tied directly to the department’s campaign calendar. This is not a project-by-project engagement or a ticket queue. It is an ongoing creative partnership with a focused, collaborative marketing team. The designer receives creative direction from the VP of Marketing, produces assets to brand standards, and hands off approved work to the Digital Campaign Coordinator for deployment. The Campaign & Operations Coordinator is the primary contact for production timing and file specifications. This role is an intentional first step toward a full-time in-house designer position. A contractor who performs well, aligns with the team’s culture, and delivers consistently will be the strongest candidate for that role when it is established.
