The Data Analyst helps organizations better understand their data and needs through skilled requirements engineering, strong data modeling practices, and hands-on analytics. This role focuses on designing and building Power BI reports and dashboards, working comfortably within the Azure ecosystem, and querying and analyzing data primarily using Snowflake SQL to extract insights and support decision-making. The analyst will support ETL and data pipeline efforts, work closely with data stored in the data lake and Snowflake, and ensure data is well-documented and governed through ERDs, data dictionaries, and relevant tools. This is a customer-facing role within a cross-functional team, so the ability to manage timelines, work both autonomously and collaboratively, and communicate effectively are a must. This is a full-time Contract position available now until August 2026 with the potential to transition to full-time employment then. Note: Due to the confidential nature of our federal government Clients, this role requires the ability to pass a United States federal government Public Trust background check and is exclusively open to U.S. Citizens located within the United States. Our Clients are also located in DC and may require an on-site presence from time to time.
