Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field is required
• Two to four years' experience in management

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for identifying and solidifying managed care and other commercial product contract opportunities across the home care, home health and hospice business lines
• Work with local Executive Director leadership on rate negotiations specific to each branch
• Identify opportunities within payer plans, communicating value proposition of business line within plan product and demographic market both to payers, leadership and operations
• Work with leadership to create processes to support contract deliverables
• Articulate and work with Information Technology billing support to facilitate necessary report or data to facilitate contract award and compliance
• Obtain final approval and sign off through Vice President Contracting and Contract work flow
• Research, understand, and articulate regulatory requirements, deliverables as they pertain to Medicare and Medicaid across multi-state operations and execute on requests to drive operation growth
• Work with HomeCare, Home Health, and Hospice leadership to stay on top of and drive the changing payer landscape
• Complete and verify credentialing requirements for each plan
• Maintain fully executed contracts and other pertinent contract documents in share drive
