As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various marketing and digital projects including being the point of contact for the internal and client teams. A successful teammate in this position will have demonstrated abilities for managing projects for our clients, ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, deliverables are high quality, and communication with clients is clear and effective.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a client-facing capacity
  • Proven experience managing successful client relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter drive
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and solve problems effectively
  • Proficient in Mac and Google Suite

  • Building trust with clients to deliver work on time and on budget
  • Creating project briefs
  • Developing project roadmaps - timelines and deadlines
  • Ensuring quality assurance and brand/client goal adherence
  • Setting timelines and scheduling resources
  • Managing budget pacing and invoicing
  • Leading client discussions on project plans and execution
  • Clarifying strategic requirements and managing expectations
  • Translating client requests into project management tools
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Monitoring and reporting on project status
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identifying and managing risks and issues during the project lifecycle
  • Understanding approved budgets vs actual budgets
  • Leading and facilitating kickoff discussions
  • Supporting the project team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitating project meetings and managing schedules
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed
  • Managing resourcing schedules with other Project Managers
