About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent with 5 to 7 years of experience in a fast-paced organization supporting project managers and senior-level managers.
  • Superior communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications.
  • Excellent typing, communication, and general office skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Organizational skills to manage large volumes of data effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with e-Builder or similar project management software.
  • Knowledge of construction and professional services contracting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Process, review, track, and file various types of agreements including professional service agreements and construction management agreements.
  • Maintain logs and reports to ensure timely processing of contracts.
  • Provide backup support for the Lead Contract Coordinator as necessary.
  • Assist departmental personnel with contract-related issues.
  • Interact with designers, contractors, and vendors regarding contract documentation.
  • Maintain contractor and vendor data within the e-Builder system.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid lists and ensure vendor prequalification.
  • Support project managers with project closeout documentation and processes.
  • Utilize e-Builder to enhance contract processing efficiency and participate in process improvement meetings.
  • Develop and maintain document control procedures for electronic contracts.
