About The Position
The Contract Compliance Specialist will work closely with clinical and operational personnel to ensure comprehensive contractual compliance and adequate preparation for payor audits. This role supports Quality Compliance Team activities and functions within the Contracting Team, ensuring adherence to payor contractual requirements and maintaining readiness for future audits. The position involves relationship management with Community Mental Health organizations and participation in the implementation of new compliance initiatives.
