About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Contract Compliance Coordinator at our rental facility in Port Arthur, TX. We're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. As a Contract Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the contract team by completing necessary rental documents in a timely manner and fact-checking them for compliance purposes. You may be asked to assist with other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of inventory management, accounts payable, or receivables experience
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
  • Energized by building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements

Responsibilities
