About The Position

The Clinical Therapist position at Continuum Outpatient Center or Ripple Ranch Recovery is a full-time role focused on providing therapy to clients dealing with addiction and co-occurring disorders. The therapist will work closely with the Clinical Director to deliver high-quality care, develop treatment plans, and support clients' recovery processes. Requirements

• Minimum of LMSW, LPC-A or LCDC certification.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and electronic records management.
• Experience in addiction recovery and co-occurring disorder treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy during a client's treatment of addiction and co-occurring disorders.
• Work closely with the Clinical Director to provide daily programming at the center.
• Maintain a caseload of clients and coordinate services in individual and group settings.
• Conduct 1-2 weekly individual therapy sessions for Day Treatment clients and 1 weekly session for Intensive Outpatient clients.
• Facilitate family counseling calls and maintain communication with referral sources and external treatment providers.
• Plan, facilitate, and document various group sessions in alignment with treatment plans.
• Enter required documentation into electronic record management software in a timely manner.
• Create, monitor, and update client treatment schedules, plans, and goals.
• Communicate treatment goals with clients clearly to enhance their understanding and support their progress.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and regular supervision for professional development.
