About The Position
The position involves processing new and used vehicle contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is included in each deal. The role requires daily verification of costs and transactions for vehicle sales, filing deposit receipts, processing trade-in payoffs, and making accounting adjustments as needed. Additionally, the employee will be responsible for posting unwinds and rollbacks accurately, stocking in new vehicles daily, printing invoices, and filing deals and other documents. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
