Job Summary We are seeking a Contract Business Associate to drive the operational workflow of commercial agreements across the organization. This role partners closely with Legal, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams to manage contract intake, coordinate reviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely approvals. You will help streamline processes, improve visibility, and support the business during negotiations by ensuring alignment on key terms and internal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3~5 years of relevant experience in contract operations, sales operations, procurement operations, or similar roles in a semiconductor, electronics, or technology company.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Experience managing structured workflows and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and DocuSign.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Contract Management Systems (CMS) preferred.
  • Program or project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales contract intake and review process, ensuring requests follow the correct workflow and approval path.
  • Coordinate feedback from Legal, Sales, CSR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Lines to move agreements through the pipeline efficiently.
  • Maintain visibility into contract status and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Summarize key terms of agreements to support internal discussions and decision-making.
  • Support business teams by communicating internal guidelines and assisting with negotiations with customers, vendors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Review and process NDAs and other standard agreements with guidance from Legal.
  • Help identify risks, open items, and required approvals based on internal policies.
  • Organize historical documents and assist with CMS improvements or upgrades.
  • Support the development with Legal and maintenance of the Contract Playbook, templates, and standard terms.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract workflows and drive process improvements.
  • Work closely with teams across multiple regions to resolve operational issues.
  • Periodic travel between Kirkland, WA and San Jose, CA office is required for training, coordination, and cross-functional planning.
  • Other duties as assigned.
