This position will support project teams to ensure accurate delivery of payment, handle general sub payment inquires and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients. Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree (Preferred)
  • 2+ years administrative support and/or accounts payable experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Monitors trade partner compliance codes. Communicates with trade partners on inquires for required paperwork, payment status, etc. as it relates to liens and affidavits.
  • Selects and mails trade partner checks for all assigned projects when paid by the owner.
  • Tracks trade partner and supplier lien waivers and affidavits. Prepares vouchers for self perform jobs.
  • Meets client commitments; recognizes and acts upon service opportunities.
  • Ensures that documentation is tailored to expected readers / users.
  • Regularly reassesses priorities and competing demands and adjusts allocation of time and resources to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure and adjusts plans to meet changing needs.
