Requirements

2–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and build positive relationships with business partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with web-based applications preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to follow through on assignments to completion

Responsibilities

Reviewing contracts to ensure invoicing aligns with specific contract terms
Preparing and generating accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
Communicating billing issues and resolutions clearly, professionally, and promptly
Analyzing and revising billing documents for accuracy and completeness
Maintaining compliance with internal controls related to billing processes
