Job Summary: The Contract Billing Coordinator oversees the tasks of sending invoices to clients and monitoring outstanding balances to ensure each account is paid on time and in full according to the project completion schedule. They help our organization keep track of how much money is owed and by whom, always managing numerous client project accounts at once. Pay Range: $23.00/hour - $33.00/hour. Individual salary will be determined by factors including education, skills, experience, expertise and physical location. Location/Hours: This US based position is fully remote and will support the East Region of Hiller. Must be able to work a full time schedule of business hours supporting the Eastern and Central time zones Monday-Friday.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-5 years of administrative or accounting experience
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with supervisors, employees and others individually or in a team environment.
- Excellent MS Office, keyboarding and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills, superb accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Strong math skills and problem solving, focusing on problem resolution rather than just problem identification.
- Creativity and critical thinking are required.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Cheerful, can-do attitude
- Ability and enthusiasm to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated, high-energy, independent worker, and strong team member.
Nice To Haves
- AIA Billing Experience Preferred
- Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One or similar program preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage pay-forms, which includes data entry of those into Enterprise One system
- Manage client payment communication
- Administration of payment procedures including online billing portals
- Administration of back charges and adjustments to schedule of values
- Participate in weekly meetings with project management staff located in multiple locations
- Interface with project managers on changes and progress regarding project progress
- Interface with multiple departments and disciplines to advance performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Interface with general manager and/or branch managers for invoice and document management resolution.
- Interface with project managers regarding proper documentation backup and contract procedures
