About The Position

Provides consultative and technical assistance as it pertains to contracting activities which include contract development and negotiation during preliminary and operational planning stages for departmental programs; researches, analyzes, and make recommendations concerning complex legal and policy issues on contracting activities; and advises departmental staff on legal opinions and guidelines provided by the Department of General Services, Office of Legal Services. This position supports the Department's contracting and administrative needs. You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements are in the Class Specification
  • The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired
  • Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)
  • Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678
  • Criminal Record Supplemental Questionnaire
  • work/employment experience, dates, hours worked, supervisor names and supervisor phone numbers on the application in descending order, starting with your current job
