About The Position

The Contract Management Analyst at Johnson & Johnson MedTech Commercial is responsible for managing customer and contract data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting rebate and admin fee payment reporting. This role involves independent contract authoring, negotiation, and maintaining contract integrity while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of contract administration experience is required.
  • 4-Year degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in direct (GPO/IDN) contracting and pricing is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills is required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced experience with various data file structures and working with large amounts of data is highly preferred.
  • Ability to function independently as well as part of a team is required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer and contract data in all systems and trackers.
  • Conduct monthly contracting audits ensuring SOX compliance and data integrity.
  • Draft, negotiate, and activate independent contracts.
  • Ensure accurate customer data capture and initiate contract offers for approvals.
  • Track and document redline negotiations and decisions.
  • Administer Admin Fees and rebates per contractual commitments.
  • Generate compliance reports and address issues as needed.
  • Manage eLOCs and monitor contract compliance reporting.
  • Investigate and resolve customer pricing disputes.
  • Maintain master contract database and prepare contract reports.
