CDI Engineering Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries. Our affiliate company is seeking to fill an international assignment. Position start date is ASAP and approximate duration is February 2026, plus possible extensions. Work located in Abu Dhabi with travel to Dubai as needed by project. Responsible for effective contract management, aligning agreements with project objectives, and ensuring compliance. Ensures that all parties adhere to their contractual obligations while minimizing risks and maximizing value. Directly reporting to the EPCM company's Contracts manager.

  • Act as the primary interface between various project stakeholders, including design engineering team, material management team, client representatives, and contractor / OEM / vendor, for the assigned package to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Continuously track contract risks and proactively implement mitigation measures.
  • Manage change orders and variations to the contract, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, including all correspondence, approvals, and modifications.
  • Implement a robust document control system to manage revisions and avoid discrepancies.
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready for internal or external reviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters, facilitating communication between parties.
  • Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
  • Facilitate contractual discussions and negotiations with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate resolution of disputes or claims at the earliest stage to avoid escalation.
  • Regularly update project leadership on contract status, risks, and key issues.
  • Manage the contract closeout process, ensuring all obligations are fulfilled and final documentation is completed.
  • Document key lessons from contract execution to improve future contracting practices.
  • Ensure financial closure, including final payments, release of retention money, and settlement of claims.
  • Contracts Administration experience in the Chemical, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industries
  • Ability to travel to and live in Abu Dhabi for project duration
