PCI is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator I for its PCI New England 586 operations based in Holliston, MA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties: Accounts payable (invoice processing, statement reconciliation, management of purchasing cards) New employee onboarding and records maintenance. Assist with weekly union payroll process. Subcontract management. Office supply purchasing. Assist with event/meeting planning and catering orders. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Assist and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed. Greet incoming callers/visitors with excellent customer service skills. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of office administration experience is required.
  • Experience with accounts payable is required.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Must be a self-starter and multi-task, with agility to move between competing priorities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong technical skills to learn new software with ease

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Experience with onboarding and union payroll is preferred.
  • MA Notary Public License
