Position Overview JLL is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team managing fiber contracts for one of our largest enterprise clients. This critical role ensures seamless contract lifecycle management while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and client service excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our contractual management systems, ensuring data integrity, and fostering productive vendor relationships that drive operational efficiency. This is a remote position (Seattle and/or West Coast preferred but not required).

  • Contract Lifecycle Management Abstract, analyze, and input critical contract data into sophisticated management systems with exceptional accuracy
  • Monitor and track contract performance metrics, renewal dates, and termination requirements
  • Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements
  • Coordinate contract amendments, renewals, and extensions in accordance with established procedures
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Relations Lead comprehensive onboarding processes for landlords and vendors, including documentation management and system integration
  • Serve as primary liaison between internal departments and external partners to facilitate seamless contract execution
  • Address and resolve complex inquiries related to payments, vendor relationships, and contractual obligations
  • Financial Administration Conduct thorough monthly reviews, audits, and processing of contractual payment obligations
  • Oversee purchase order processing and payment request workflows, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation
  • Reconcile contract payments and investigate discrepancies with systematic precision
  • Process Optimization and Quality Assurance Maintain contract management databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Implement quality control procedures to minimize errors and improve efficiency
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Create comprehensive documentation for operational procedures
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in lease administration, contract management, accounting, or vendor management
  • Proven track record of success in fast-paced, client-focused environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with contract management systems and databases
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet or similar project management platforms
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Experience working with triage and contractual platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in high-volume environments
  • Strong understanding of lease and contract accounting principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management abilities
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
  • Customer service orientation with professional demeanor
  • Experience in commercial real estate or professional services environment
  • Knowledge of fiber optic telecommunications contracts and terminology
  • Previous experience with enterprise-level client management
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for telecommunications contracts
  • Professional certifications in contract management (CPCM, CFCM, or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with Tango software and Zendesk preferred
