Visit us here to learn more about ​Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: You’ll assist LAWA with procurement planning, pre-award schedules, and Board actions. You’ll coordinate and support pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings with potential bidders. You’ll draft and manage RFP/RFB addenda for review and distribution. You’ll prepare draft award recommendations, Board reports, and final contract documents. You’ll produce required reports and manage contractual correspondence. You’ll attend and support bid, proposal, and post-award debriefing meetings. You’ll support contract standardization efforts and ensure document conformity. You’ll monitor contract compliance and review contractor invoices for accuracy. You’ll assist in resolving contract-related issues and disputes. You’ll coordinate, prepare, route, and track Change Documents, Task Orders, and Change Orders. You’ll analyze, report, and manage project changes, including budget and contract capacity impacts. You’ll support scheduling coordination to assess time impacts of proposed changes. You’ll lead and contribute to periodic status reporting, change management processes, and stakeholder collaboration to advance ADP goals. Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business related field, as well as training in procurement, contract, construction and commercial law
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in administration of commercial/government contracts
  • Maybe required to work past regular work shift
  • Experience supporting Multiple Award Task Order Contracts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management software preferred
  • Knowledge and direct experience in SBE/DBE/MWBE program coordination preferred
  • Experience in alternative project delivery methods including Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Design Build preferred
