Visit us here to learn more about âAccenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: Youâll assist LAWA with procurement planning, pre-award schedules, and Board actions. Youâll coordinate and support pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings with potential bidders. Youâll draft and manage RFP/RFB addenda for review and distribution. Youâll prepare draft award recommendations, Board reports, and final contract documents. Youâll produce required reports and manage contractual correspondence. Youâll attend and support bid, proposal, and post-award debriefing meetings. Youâll support contract standardization efforts and ensure document conformity. Youâll monitor contract compliance and review contractor invoices for accuracy. Youâll assist in resolving contract-related issues and disputes. Youâll coordinate, prepare, route, and track Change Documents, Task Orders, and Change Orders. Youâll analyze, report, and manage project changes, including budget and contract capacity impacts. Youâll support scheduling coordination to assess time impacts of proposed changes. Youâll lead and contribute to periodic status reporting, change management processes, and stakeholder collaboration to advance ADP goals. Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
