  • Conduct audits and research issues with contract documents and labor rate portfolios.
  • Negotiate contract labor rates with providers and oversee maintenance of labor rate data and reports.
  • Develop short and long-term strategies for contract administration and negotiations.
  • Facilitate analysis and implementation of policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
  • 1 year of relevant business experience for Contract Administrator I; 7 years for Contract Administrator II.
  • Valid driver's license required for driving a state vehicle.
  • Experience in contract administration, management, or development.
  • Certification as Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) or Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) is preferred.
