The commercial team is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to manage and oversee aspects of contract development, execution, and compliance within our distribution operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our agreements with vendors, customers, and partners are legally sound, accurately documented, and aligned with company policies. The Contract administrator must be able to work comfortably within contract management systems (CMS) as well as manage contracts outside of the CMS. Contract administrator will work closely with sales, procurement (reviewing and processing Request for Proposal) and legal teams to facilitate timely contract approvals and assist in mitigating risk to the company. The Contract administrator will have experience explaining legal matters to business associates (sales). This position has been segmented as Hybrid meaning there is a combination of three onsite days per week and the rest remote.
