About The Position

What’s better than gaining hands-on experience with real business processes that keep an organization running smoothly? Getting paid to do it while helping scale systems for the future! Trinity Logistics is looking for a Contract Administration Intern to join our Administrative Services team for Summer 2026. This internship is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented student who enjoys working with documents, processes, and cross-functional teams. As a Contract Administration Intern, you’ll play a key role in organizing existing contracts, supporting the transition to a new contract system, and helping build scalable workflows that support future growth. In addition, you’ll work closely with Trinity’s Administrative Services group—primarily supporting the Billing Department—by assisting with document processing, classification, and quality control. You’ll gain exposure to how contracts, billing, and administrative operations work together to deliver a first-class experience to both customers and carriers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, process improvement, and contributing behind the scenes to meaningful operational improvements.
