Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 per year. Position Summary The Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for utilizing reviews and ensuring licensing, accreditation, and certification requirements and contract compliance. Responsible for assisting offices with the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance plans, utilization reviews, licensing standards, accreditation, certification requirements, and contract compliance. Coordinate and assist office supervisors with the development of all training programs relating to accreditation, certification, licensing standards, and quality assurance. Review, analyze, and assist office supervisors to establish systems to ensure standards of referring agencies are met. Conduct audits addressing office strengths and needs regarding licensing, certification, accreditation standards including contract compliance, quality assurance, and utilization reviews. Assist in the development of new programs by submitting applications to appropriate state licensing authorities and accreditation entities. Gather, compile, and analyze data for reports regarding agency quality assurance performance. Attend staff training and other program sponsored activities. Assist in development and monitoring of program outcomes; participate in the implementation of required surveys and other measurement devices. Gather and coordinate data, prepare reports and provide feedback to offices that address the following areas: Assessment and evaluation of quality and appropriateness of service. Identification of gaps in service. Identification of deficiencies, barriers, strengths and needs. Promotion of opportunities to improve service delivery.
