We’re looking for a Continuous Process Improvement Sr. Manager to lead and accelerate our operational excellence journey at our Spring Hill, KS plant. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape how the plant operates, empowering teams, eliminating inefficiencies, and building a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing or operations environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results and driving operational performance.
  • Strong experience leading and developing diverse teams in a plant setting.
  • Deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, TRACC, etc.).
  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on developing others and building high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of TRACC (Stage 1–3), ensuring strong alignment with business strategy, customer needs, and operational priorities.
  • Own the site’s continuous improvement roadmap, identifying losses and driving initiatives that deliver measurable performance gains.
  • Drive high-impact improvement initiatives, including Process Improvement Projects (PIPs) and Implementation Task Forces (ITFs).
  • Champion operational excellence, embedding best practices and building sustainable capabilities across the plant.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other teams to enable holistic, end-to-end improvements
  • Coach and develop teams in areas such as reliability engineering, constraint management, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Standardize processes and training, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term sustainability of improvements.
  • Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
