As a Continuous Line Operator, you will: Safely operating continuous production lines and related equipment. Following batch cards and process instructions to prepare and process materials. Mixing, staging, and transferring products throughout the manufacturing process. Monitoring machine performance, temperatures, and material flow. Taking samples to Quality Control and ensuring products meet quality standards. Cleaning and maintaining equipment between product changes and production runs. Operating computer-controlled equipment to verify settings, pellet size, and product quality. Documenting production results and reporting any safety, quality, or equipment issues.

Requirements

  • A strong safety-first mindset and willingness to follow all safety procedures.
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
  • Attention to detail when staging and verifying raw materials.
  • Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn production systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs. (up to 100 lbs. with materials/equipment).
