Position Responsibilities May include: Implementation of Lean-Kaizen projects: including application of lean tools to eliminate waste, workstation design, trial runs execution and support, plant organizing, markings and labels, process analysis like time studies, documentation, presentations Lead and participate on Kaizen workshops, training sessions, committee projects, and other activities needed to improve KPIs and support the continuous improvement with a systemic approach Educate, coach, and challenge process owners in the use of lean and problem-solving tools, approaches, and techniques to create and improve processes in our operation Drive safety, quality, and efficiency measures through proactive problem resolution, follow-up, and standardization Analyzes processes, workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data to improve productivity and efficiency Support, define, and implement work standards Data collection systems/process design and implementation as required Data analysis for metric tracking, improvement, and metric generation, including statistical approach If needed: Ability to operate heavy and light-duty material handling equipment (tugger, forklift, reach truck) or open to developing skills and competency to operate Material Handling Equipment Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs Nature and Scope: Takes direction from lead Works within well-defined instructions Provide guidance and training Knowledge and Skills: Effective communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Motivation to learn and develop individual skill sets Knowledge of Lean principles and tools Basic computer skills Experience in manufacturing operations (assembly, fabrication, materials) Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Problem-solving techniques Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job Experience: 0-1 years in a manufacturing-related environment/position Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations Reports to: Director/Sr. Manager/Manager/Engineer; Assembly, Materials, Fabrication or Continuous Improvement Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Responsibilities

• Educate, coach, and challenge process owners in the use of lean and problem-solving tools, approaches, and techniques to create and improve processes in our operation
• Drive safety, quality, and efficiency measures through proactive problem resolution, follow-up, and standardization
• Analyzes processes, workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data to improve productivity and efficiency
• Support, define, and implement work standards
• Data collection systems/process design and implementation as required
• Data analysis for metric tracking, improvement, and metric generation, including statistical approach
• Ability to operate heavy and light-duty material handling equipment (tugger, forklift, reach truck) or open to developing skills and competency to operate Material Handling Equipment
