ProSidian Seeks a Continuous Improvement System Support Worker Safety and Health Compliance Specialist [DOE0023022] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Continuous Improvement System Support Worker Safety and Health Compliance Specialist [DOE0023022] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Environment, Safety and Health; and Quality Assurance Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years CI/Quality; LSS Black Belt preferred.
  • BA/BS; certifications helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Lean/Six Sigma, process optimization, KPI design.
  • Assist program and project management support in daily business activities.
  • Support Environment, Safety and Health; and Quality Assurance Functional Area Activities.
  • Deploy visual management boards.
  • Conduct process mapping, RCA, metrics design.
