The LEGO Continuous Improvement Sr. Specialist will be responsible for assisting managers in implementing continuous improvement tools, processes, behaviors and mentality. Core Responsibilities Identifies and lists potential opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and drives productivity agenda through promoting the usage of Continuous Improvement tools. Leads CI breakthrough/strategical projects using Lean tools, as well as CI initiatives to improve processes, tools, and programs. Documents lessons learned from CI projects and initiatives. Coaches and supports site managers and lead professionals to implement CI tools to improve processes and/or tackle critical problems. Performs LCI assessment process and supports areas assigned on LCI assessment journey to achieve target. Supports CI assessment governance process. Arrange and conduct Continuous improvement tool training to organization Implements Shopfloor management principles through continuous improvement initiatives using various Lean methodologies and principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, etc.). Support and participate in the implementation of global and local CI agenda, and activities supporting the business strategy. Influences, coaches, challenges, and acts as a sparring-partner to the Manufacturing leaders and their support to adopt CI thinking practices and to demonstrate CI behaviors that drives desired results.
