We are building a foundational Continuous Improvement (CI) program to transform the way we work--and we're seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support the Director of Business Innovation and Continuous Improvement. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, reimagining workflows, and implementing sustainable, technology-enabled solutions that improve productivity, reduce complexity, and enhance customer and employee experiences. Leveraging Lean Six Sigma principles, the CI Specialist will facilitate Kaizen events, implement tools like standard work, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis, and partner closely with subject matter experts across Product Support, Power, Rental, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance. The goal is to uncover opportunities, eliminate operational friction, and streamline processes in ways that are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with organizational goals. Working alongside the Information Technology team, this role ensures that process improvements translate into scalable, user-friendly solutions integrated with enterprise platforms such as AI capabilities, ERP systems, workflow automation tools, and other business applications.
