About The Position
The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. This role involves conducting detailed time studies, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis to understand current workflows and identify bottlenecks. The specialist will utilize Lean Six Sigma techniques to develop and implement improvement plans in collaboration with department leaders.
