About The Position
The Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist role is responsible for leading process optimization and efficiency projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement at Shamrock Foods Company. This role reports to the Head of Business Process Improvement and focuses on identifying inefficiencies, using data to guide decisions, developing solutions, and managing project implementation working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. As a pivotal member of the Business Process Improvement team, this role ensures Shamrock maintains its commitment to delivering innovative solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
