About The Position

The Continuous Improvement Specialist plays a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support efficient warehouse operations. This role partners with the Operations Strategy & Support team and all teams throughout the warehouse to ensure system, processes, and reporting remain accurate and effective. The Specialist supports training efforts, process improvements, assists with troubleshooting system issues, and ensures smooth adoption of operational changes.

Requirements

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to provide clear data, recommendations, and conduct training
Strong attention to detail
Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and improve any system issues during process transition.
Effective Communication skills and the ability to read, write and speak English
Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with safety policies
Ability to utilize all Company provided resources, technology and hand tools.
Effective quality management and technical skills
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Repeated sitting, standing on cement floors, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, carrying, up to 35 lbs.
Work performed on cement floors in a warehouse environment.
Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, twist, reach, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight
Ability to verbally communicate to exchange information.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain the company’s SOPs and customer profiles.
Validate equipment purchases and ensure accurate inventory transfers into CES.
Maintain accurate data and reporting by working within the company’s systems.
Identify system faults and collaborate with OSS for a resolution.
Provide support for all of production teams with their systematic needs.
Train production teams on system functionality, SOPs, and process updates.
Support EHS with compliance measures and needs.
Follow all prescribed safety and security measures protecting all associates and Company assets.
Complete additional tasks assigned by leadership.
