Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing continuous improvement projects across departments.
Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven methods.
Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and process mapping sessions.
Support the development of standard operating procedures and best practices.
Monitor and report on project outcomes, including cost savings and performance improvements.
Train and coach team members on Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable implementation of improvements.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
