Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will develop plans, standards and lead implementation for critical improvement processes. You will coach plant resources on improvement methodologies, provide training, qualify resources, and track progress to support operational excellence. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Comply with all company safety policies and Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. Follow good manufacturing practices, including waste disposal, attire, grooming, and hygiene. Implement projects that reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, or increase operational efficiencies. Facilitate project team meetings to ensure accountability and adherence to deadlines. Coach employees on the implementation of project deliverables. Track project cost savings. Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or related discipline preferred. 3 or more years of experience in continuous improvement. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Project management experience preferred.
