About The Position
The Continuous Improvement Specialist will serve as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement focused on operational optimization throughout the Distribution Center and Packaging operations. This position will support local operations to identify and to implement opportunities to improve production processes based on established KPI's and global initiatives. The ability to identify and execute process improvements, driving action and cultural change across the local organization to ensure value is added is vital to the success of this role. These initiatives include best practices from the market to add value to the operation efficiency improvement in line with the direction from Global Supply Chain and objectives from the local site. This position is an on-site position at our BIC Charlotte location.
