About The Position
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Solventum, you will lead the site Continuous Improvement (CI) program, supporting improvement leaders in driving safety, regulatory compliance, yield/productivity, and improved material flow. This role involves modeling and demonstrating effective improvement approaches, fostering a CI culture, and collaborating with various teams to achieve annual cost and cash savings targets. You will also be responsible for leading project reviews and kaizen events to track progress and financial savings.
