Continuous Improvement Project Engineering Intern
About The Position
HYMH is looking for an energetic individual who will have a positive influence in the Manufacturing Engineering department. This position will be responsible for creating and updating work instructions, conducting time studies, modeling tooling, and maintaining portions of our production systems. In addition, the position will provide analysis and develop documentation of processes, as well as participate in improvement activities. Hours: Flexible depending on school schedule. Full or part-time options are available. Position/project is expected to last 6-12 months depending on the workload.
Requirements
- Must possess strong computer skills and be able to input data accurately.
- Capable of working proficiently in CAD.
- Able to work with data that is highly detailed in nature.
- Must be able to wear required PPE (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety toe shoes).
- Able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be dependable in terms of attendance and punctuality.
- Able to take direction as needed.
- Our intern program is open both for undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a course of study in the field of engineering.

- AutoCAD and Creo experience desired.
