About The Position
The Continuous Improvement Practitioner at Cirrus Services is responsible for leading the implementation of Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency by developing best practices, coaching team members, and fostering a Lean culture. The practitioner will identify improvement opportunities, manage complex projects, and provide training to support the growth of the Cirrus team and the overall business.
