About The Position
JELD-WEN continuous Improvement “JCI” focuses on concepts, systems, and tools. The continuous improvement tools and process improvement techniques are proven in achieving business excellence on a worldwide scale. “JCI” is built by JELD-WEN associates, reflecting our diverse experiences in continuous improvement, at world-class organizations. Under the guidance of the Regional JELD-WEN continuous Improvement “JCI” Manager, the Multi-site “JCI” Plant leader will facilitate and teach CI initiatives designed to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities and improve performance in People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory. This position will teach, coach, and facilitate improvements using “JCI” concepts across their defined plants.
