The role is central to shaping the site’s future: deploying Regal Business System (RBS) continuous improvement methodologies, managing both capital and non‑capital investment strategies, and driving high‑value improvements that unlock productivity and capacity. This leader plays a critical role in delivering SQDCG excellence, advancing the plant’s Targets to Improve (TTIs), and achieving meaningful KPI gains through rigorous problem solving, 80/20 thinking, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement and operational growth.
