About The Position
This role will support plant operations by expanding the capabilities of the Conagra Performance System (CPS) and manage improvement in plant performance by identifying opportunities for improvement. This role leads the execution of processes to eliminate losses while developing strategies to improve organizational growth by reducing non-value-added activities and ensuring continuous improvement. Working together with plant leadership, this role will lead hourly and salaried team members in process improvement activities.
