Caterpillar Global Mining is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager. In this role, you will work with Strategic Account customers and will be responsible for managing the execution of continuous improvement portfolios that fulfill contractual/agreement commitments. The contractual commitments include collaborative deliverables in areas such as mining equipment application and operation, maintenance and repair, logistics, and parts and components inventory to support equipment. You will collaborate with some of Global Mining’s largest, most diverse, and most loyal customers to optimize their operations. You will work with a diverse range of customers, dealers, product groups, and go-to-market teams to develop and manage a portfolio of Continuous Improvement projects that is complex, challenging, and strategic in nature. This is a dynamic position for an experienced individual who can positively collaborate with customers, dealers, and internal Caterpillar groups.
