About The Position

The Continuous Improvement Manager at POM Wonderful is responsible for enhancing manufacturing processes and operational excellence through analytical methods, project management, and effective communication. This role involves evaluating current practices, developing improvement strategies, and leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve world-class operational performance.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Engineering or Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Prior experience in global business settings managing large cross-functional projects.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in manufacturing execution systems and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain principles and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Visio.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma (DMAIC).
  • Self-motivated and able to function in a high-demand environment.
  • Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.

Nice To Haves

  • EIT manufacturing execution system experience.
  • Oracle ERP experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Supply Chain initiatives focused on driving manufacturing operational excellence.
  • Conduct plant equipment capacity and reliability analysis to identify improvement initiatives aimed at increasing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Build a manufacturing excellence plan to achieve world-class OEE performance utilizing historical data and production forecasts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to execute key initiatives on the manufacturing excellence roadmap.
  • Train and support process owners and operators in data analytics for process adjustments and controls.
  • Update and provide visibility to key process performance indicators, including OEE loss reports and data analytics tools.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization through training on lean principles and best practices.
  • Implement upgrades to existing OEE software and other applications with IT support.
  • Build and support advanced data visualizations using EIT, Power BI, Power Apps, or similar software.
